Terms and Conditions
Church Fenton Village Hall is a NO SMOKING establishment. Failure to observe this requirement may lead to legal action being taken against individuals.
The Entertainment Licence is only valid until Midnight. All dances and discos MUST finish before this time.
Please ensure that the heating is turned off at the thermostat by the kitchen door. Please do not switch off the heating at the Boiler main switch.
Please leave the Hall in a tidy condition, chairs to be stacked and returned to the stage or hung on chair trolley and the floor to be swept if necessary.
Please ensure that the kitchen is left clean and tidy and all rubbish bins are emptied and the contents placed in the wheelie bin outside. Please take all cans and bottles with you to be recycled. Please do not put cans and bottles in wheelie bin.
If table cloths are used please launder them and return them. If round table cloths are required a refundable deposit of £20 will be charged.
Tea towels, dish cloths and washing up liquid are to be provided by the hirer.
Please replace crockery and cutlery into the cupboards or drawers in a clean condition. Any broken or missing items must be paid for.
A non-refundable deposit will be charged for all bookings at the rate of 25% of the hiring cost. If the booking is subsequently cancelled this will not be refunded.
By completing the online form I have provided the necessary information and confirmed that I agree to abide by the above rules and regulations and will pay for any broken or missing items.
