Jigsaws Childcare has been providing a quality service to Church Fenton and the local community for the last four years. As a full day care provider with nursery, we achieved 'Good' in all areas during our Ofsted in 2011.
We are proud of the quality of care and aspects of learning that we offer to children of all ages who attend our setting. We have a strong caring team of staff who are trained in providing all areas of the Early Years Curriculum, followed by all settings and school maintained nurseries.
All children over the age of three are entitled to 15 hours free sessions per week, during term time and at Jigsaws we aim to make that learning experience a great adventure.
Our pre-school is led by a fully qualified teacher with Early Years Professional status and a small team of highly qualified staff.
Sessions include Forest Schools and Woodland Walks, taught by a qualified Forest School Leader.
We are a small, friendly setting and our philosophy is to treat your child as an individual, we work to your child's routines. Our staff work on a 1:8 ratio for children aged 3 years and above so can support your child's developmental needs.
Ofsted 'GOOD' in all areas
"Children of all ages make good progress because staff carefully plan for individual learning and development needs".
"There is a family atmosphere during group time where children and adults enjoy sharing stories and joining in with songs".
We are fully resourced with a range of equipment to support ICT, heuristic and open ended learning. We believe that messy play and managed risks within a supportive environment help children develop self-confidence which they build on in their future learning.
How can I use my FREE Sessions?
