Please Note
- A non-refundable deposit will be charged for all bookings at a rate of 25% of the hiring cost.
- Fees will be charged from the time of entry for setting up purposes until leaving the hall after cleaning up.
- The hall must be left in a clean and tidy condition and all breakages must be paid for.
- Full terms and conditions will be issued to all hirers for acceptance and signing when the hall is booked.
